Our new year stay at the hotel was perfect! The breakfast was delicious and provided a variety of options, such as fresh bread and muesli. The location couldn't have been better - right next to the ski lift with easy ski in and ski out access. We also loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel and the stunning mountain views from our room.

Although we enjoyed our stay, the soundproofing between rooms could have been better as we heard some noise from neighboring rooms. However, these minor issues did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly.

After a hard days hiking it would have been nice to get room service for light meals but the hotel does not have a restaurant; good restaurants are newby however.

We had two adjoned rooms, both beautiful and big, each with balcony, very clean and the staff was helpfull and friendly. The hotel looks actually much nicer from the outside than on the photo.

Despite the hotel's convenient location and friendly staff, there is one major drawback. the rooms can be uncomfortably hot, causing poor sleep quality.

Nothing not to like.

Good breakfast served. the hotel was situated in the heart of the Swiss Alps, offering an amazing view of the mountains. the bed linen was clean and neat.

The staff was not very responsive and helpful. Despite notifying them about the non-functional air-conditioning system, they took no action to fix it.
